I have just signed up for - http://www.userplane.com .
I am awaiting my activation link as I type this but based on their intro pages, it looks like an excellent service.

There is a basic, free option and then various paid account options allowing an increasingly wide range of services.

It is a web-based networking suite allowing text, audio and video conferencing. you connect to the service via your own web-site so participants have no need for any downloads and no call-charges. Why pay for tele-conferencing and require folk to increase their telephone bill when you can the three methods of communication for free, or a low monthly fee.
